Our Story

Our beginning was humble. Mandy began in just a tiny office in her basement with only two clients...one of which was her husband. Under Mandy, we grew to a west end office and many clients across the US. When Mandy decided to step down, Glenna was ready to continue the vision of helping small businesses. We have been truly blessed to see hard work pay off for us...AND our clients! Many of our clients started with equally humble beginnings and have seen their businesses grow and become profitable during their time with us. Our services have expanded from basic bookkeeping and tax preparation to bookkeeping,  payroll, and non-profit accounting.

 

How can we help you?  Do you need a little bit of assistance with bookkeeping? Is your payroll becoming stressful?  We are always willing to talk with you and help to find solutions.  If we cannot help, then we will point you to someone that can.

Our Team

Glenna took over ownership of the office in July 2023 with ease and a great sense of humor. She was ready for this endeavor after taking care of the bookkeeping and payroll for her husband’s construction business for 20+ years.  She has embraced ownership MicroBook$ and still makes sure that every client's bookkeeping needs stay up to date and helps with training new QBO users.  Glenna graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in art education.  She then spent some time in the banking world and transitioned into accounting not long after.

Jennifer manages our front desk, scheduling, and everything else that the rest of the staff forget even needs to be done.  Our work would be nothing without her!  Mandy's title for her is "Master Shifu"...she really does keep our office functioning at its best.  Jennifer graduated from Roane State Community College with a certificate in office technologies.
